"I’ve tried a ton of shorts for lifting and these are my favorite. Super comfy and stretchy while keeping everything in place. My fiancee is a big fan of the 5” inseam. I’m 5’9 and 170 lbs and I wear the medium. I’d say these run slightly large, as I was on the border between medium and large and the large was much too big."
